OG803 is an outdoor Android tablet with NFC reader and an app, J-CLOCK©, installed for time attendance management.

OG803 can be installed on the wall for fixed construction sites or in "mobile" mode, and allows the employee, by bringing his cell phone with the J-APP© installed close to the OG803, to record time attendance with NFC technology, significantly more secure than Bluetooth. OG803 sends, in real time, time attendance recordings to the JuniorWEB attendance software for both the on-premises and Cloud versions.

Features

OG803 Time Attendance NFC for on-site personnel and remote construction sites:

 

  1. Remote offices and construction sites: on-site, the OG803 tablet can be fixed to the wall and connected, in real time, to the JuniorWEB time attendance software, with wifi. If the company has remote offices connected to the network, it can install other OG803s always connected with wifi, or alternatively in 4G (SIM data excluded).
  2. Mobile construction sites: OG803 is equipped with a battery, so it is possible to use it in "mobile" mode, for mobile construction sites with 4G connection.
  3. J-CLOCK, the time attendance app, is installed on the OG803 tablet and records the time attendance with the OG803 NFC antenna (near-field communication) from the users' or employees' cell phones (avoiding the unsafe Bluetooth technology).
  4. Employees located at one of the locations where OG803 has been installed use their smartphones, both iOS and Android with J-APP, to record time attendance on OG803 (with a personal account to identify themselves). Time attendance is recorded by bringing the smartphone close to the Android tablet (NFC technology).
  5. The time attendance recordings made on OG803 are sent in real time to the JuniorWEB time attendance software for both the on-prem and cloud solutions.
  6. In the event of a network failure with the server, the tablet still allows the user to clock in and, when the connection returns, it sends them to the JuniorWEB time attendance management system.
  7. Function keys: the employee can record time attendance by associating a work code by choosing from a drop-down menu (e.g. Permission). Using a specific function key, the employee can view his/her time attendance recordings (always with NFC validation).
  8. No account swapping: If the "Single App" option is activated, employees cannot swap J-APP accounts, recording time attendance for each other.
