OG1001 is an Android tablet, with NFC antenna, and has an app installed, J-CLOCK©, for time attendance applications.

OG1001 is wall-mounted and allows the employee, by bringing his mobile phone on which the J-APP© is installed close to the OG1001, to record the time attendance with NFC technology, significantly more secure than Bluetooth. OG1001 sends, in real time, the recorded punches to the JuniorWEB time attendance software for both the On-Premises and Cloud versions.

Features

OG1001 Time Attendance NFC for on-site and remote office staff:

 

  1. Company: the OG1001 tablet can be fixed to the wall and connected, in real time to the JuniorWEB time attendance software, via an RJ45 cable, also PoE, or via wifi. If the company has remote offices connected to a geographic network, it can install other OG1001s and always connect them via LAN or wifi.
  2. J-CLOCK, the time attendance app, is installed on the OG1001 tablet and records the clocking in and out via the OG1001 NFC antenna (near-field communication) from the employees' cell phones (not with unsafe Bluetooth technology).
  3. The employees, located at one of the offices where OG1001 has been installed, use their smartphone, both iOS and Android with J-APP, to record the clocking in on OG1001 (with a personal account to identify themselves). Attendance registration occurs by bringing the smartphone close to the Android tablet (NFC technology).
  4. The time attendances made on OG1001 are sent in real time to the JuniorWEB time attendance software for both the on-prem and cloud solutions.
  5. In the event of a network failure with the server, the tablet still allows the user to record the time attendance and, when the connection returns, sends them to the JuniorWEB time attendance management system.
  6. Function keys: the employee can record time attendance by associating a work code by choosing from a drop-down menu (e.g. Permission). With a specific function key, the employee can view his time attendance recordings (always with NFC validation).
  7. Fraud limitation: by activating the "Single App" option, users (employees) cannot exchange J-APP accounts, recording time attendance for each other.
