J-CLOCK NFC Time Attendance App for Staff on the Office and on Construction Sites:

• On site: the J-CLOCK time attendance App is installed on the wall on our OG1001 android tablet, with a LAN or WiFi connection, and acts as an employee time attendance with the feature that detects the clockings via NFC (near-field communication) technology from employees' cell phones (we do not use Bluetooth technology because it is not very secure).

• On Construction Site: for remote offices or construction sites without ADSL, it is possible to use the OG803 android tablet with a 4G and WiFi connection. OG803 is equipped with a battery and is IP65, so it is possible to use it in "mobile" mode.

• The individual operator/employee, who works on the office or on the construction site, has the J-APP installed on his smartphone (iOS or Android), and uses his account to identify himself. To clock in, he brings the smartphone close to the android tablet, the detection takes place via NFC technology. For each stamping it is possible to detect: date, time, employee code, reason code, location code (tablet ID) and position with GPS coordinates (only for OG803).

• For each NFC stamping the data is sent, in real time, to the JuniorWEB time attendance software also for the on-premises solution, or to the Osti Sistemi cloud server or third-party servers (resellers, labor consultants).

• In the event of a tablet connection failure with the internet, J-CLOCK still allows the user to stamp, the date/time and GPS coordinates are detected at the moment and, when the connection is active again, sent to the JuniorWEB platform.

• It is possible to stamp the presence by associating a presence/absence reason (e.g. leaving service), or an activity code on order.

• The user can access the "See Stampings" menu where they can check the list of stampings, in chronological order, carried out on J-CLOCK and any associated reason.

• NO account exchange: option that, if activated, prevents users from exchanging J-APP accounts on their mobile phones. That is, it prevents employees from exchanging accounts, clocking in for each other. Each user can only use their own account on their mobile phone.

• Multilingual: J-CLOCK is available as a multilingual platform. Currently, Italian (IT) and English (EN) are available. The J-CLOCK platform can be upgraded to any other language.

Management by JuniorWEB Software (on-premises or in Cloud)

By entering the credentials, the authorized manager (Admin / Manager) can manage:

• Check attendance in real time with GPS position and absences.
• Attendance lists (entries and exits) per employee divided by Construction Site / Location.
• Check anomalous clockings: sent by employees without date/time synchronization with the Internet.
• Attendance hour summaries per Construction Site / employee, exportable to Excel.
• Stamping of activities / orders to be managed.
